Shipping:
Everything is shipped using the US Postal Service. Currently we offer First class mail, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and Overnight Express mail.
Online package tracking is included with all orders shipped via Priority and Express mail.
Currently my system is not set up to accept international orders. That does not mean that will not accept them. All it means is that you have to email me first.
If you live outside the US and would like to order something please contact me.
International mail starts at $2 for normal delivery, $5 for expedited delivery.
Return Policy
Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return most items you purchased from us, for any reason. You will receive a full refund minus the restocking charge, payable with in store credit. We do not accept returns on custom items. A custom item is one that does not appear in the shopping cart, or that is specifically labeled as custom. Some shirts modified to fit the buyer are considered custom.
We will refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Our errors are limited to defective or incorrect product.
We cannot accept items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
The restocking charge is the greater of $3 or 15% for any exchange or returned item. The percentage is based on the value of the returned item and does not get charged on shipping or tax. This charge is waived if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us before you send any item back.
Broken Items
We offer a repair service on almost all our items. If you break or damage an item, all you have to do is send it back to us and we can fix it. The majority of the time we will do it for free, all you have to do is cover the shipping and handling costs. But on some items we may have to ask you to pay for the involved materials cost. Please contact us before you send any item back. |
